NOTE:
Most of our photos are taken by a Panasonic Lumix  DMC-FZ20 K
We have now up graded to the new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ50 S
Great photos are taken with a great eye but the quality of camera helps!

I would like to show you where the dogs are at.

Our dog building
This building is only 25 feet from the house.

Dog Kennel

Our new building is 24x40
The blue prints came from a humane society in Kansas
The building floor is made of concrete with a sealer on it.
The floor all tilts in so there is no standing water.
On the inside there is in floor heating.
Central A/c and Heat.
Water outlets.

There is a bathroom with a bathtub for washing dogs.
Grooming area.

There is 11 runs.
Inside they each have a 6x6 inside run with a 6x12 outside run.

We have added on one side of it 1 acre with grass to play in
This will give the dogs plenty of room for the dogs to run.
That will be ready spring of 2009 as we are waiting for the grass to come in.

The dogs are not kept in this area at all times.
You will find me bringing a couple of them up to the house during the week.
Pretty much rotating them.
I can not live without my dogs!

In the dog area you will find multiple dog toys.
Tire toys, fire hydrants, bones, tennis balls, stuffed toys, ect.
When you enter the dog area you will also hear MUSIC.
We have a radio playing so they have something to listen to.

This is the entrance into our new puppy room.
I think this is a comical sign because it is sign on the door into the puppy room.
There is going to be a bed, tv, sat, internet and phone out there.
All the comforts of home in our new puppy and whelping room.

The puppy room is a 16 X16
Totally insulated-
Our new puppy room is almost the same as our new building.
Just a smaller version.
The walls are insulated, floors insulated, roof insulated.
There are two window, a entry door and garage door.

The wall seams are sealed including the floor boars have a bead of sealer on the tops and bottoms of them.
All corners and all seams have been sealed.
It will have heat in the winter and a/c in the summer.

I plan on spending a lot of time in our puppy room.
During the day the puppy room door will open up into their very own puppy run.
It is 8 foot wide by 16 feet long and there are two runs on each side of the building for plenty of room.

This puppy room will be a multi purpose room as I will also be grooming my dogs there.
The comforts of home in one room!

Here are some photos taken the day it was complete.
It looks pretty bare right now but in time it will be packed with stuff for me to do while there.
We have already added a radio and cocker magazines.

This is Magic looking into the puppy room.
The door is split so it can be open to let air in there and also the puppies cant run out.
Kind of like a build in baby gate.
Where Magic is at, is the run the puppies can go outside to play.
We learned really quickly to line the door with the same material on the wall because puppy paw prints were easier to wipe off that instead of paint.
